Payment Specialist
My firm is working with a growing financial organization who is looking for a Payment Operations Specialist will have a deep working knowledge of credit and debit card services, payment card network rules relating to chargebacks, and familiarity with Regulation E and best practices
What you will be doing :
- Conduct analysis and process dispute claims in accordance with network operating rules and federal regulations.
- Serve as subject matter expert for the chargeback OR ACH lifecycle
- Interact with our Merchants and Partners for possible fraudulent activity.
- Analyze disputed transactions to determine the appropriate response and documentation requirements.
- Educate clientele and team members on processing guidelines and security measures.
- Ensure chargeback information and documentation are sent to the card brands without error.
Experience and Requirements :
- Merchant and / or payment experience in the financial, ISO or agent environment.
- Regulation E
