A/R, Credit, and Collections Manager
A successful manufacturing and distribution company in the east end of Richmond is looking for an A / R, Credit, and Collections Manager.
They offer a hybrid schedule with flexible start time, a base salary range of $80-$120K, an annual performance bonus, a very generous vacation policy (21 days to start, 34 days at three years, and eventually 42 days!), and an excellent retirement package (6% employer contribution PLUS a 5% match!). Credit & Collections Manager Duties :
- Full Accounts Receivable oversight
- Manage credit approval process
- Monitor customer credit accounts for risks and opportunities
- Assist customers with payment issues, payment plans, and dispute resolution
- Analysis and reporting
- Manage two AR staff members
Credit & Collections Manager Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting or related field
- 4+ years management experience in A / R, Billing, Credit, or Accounting
- Strong customer service
