Vice President of Operations
The Vice President of Operations for Automation & Motion Control (AMC) is a key leader responsible for driving operational excellence across our $1.7B global segment, comprised of 8,000 associates.
Reporting to the EVP & President of the AMC Segment, the Vice President, Operations will provide operations & continuous improvement leadership for the AMC Manufacturing footprint, comprised of 35 plants located across North America, Europe & Asia. This leader will bring a strong execution mindset, as well as serve as a key member of the segment leadership team.
This leader will drive & amplify operational excellence across our 6 AMC divisions; driving discipline of SQDC (safety, quality, delivery, cost-competitiveness), to allow the segment to grow top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability.
This individual needs to be a strong influencer, with experience working seamlessly across decentralized organizations. The divisional operations & RBS leaders report directly to the VP / GMs & indirectly to this critical leadership role.
This role is strongly preferred in Rosemont, IL or Milwaukee, WI. We are open to a remote US location if the optimal candidate has proximity to one of our AMC plants across the United States.

Expected Base Salary Range : $250,000-$275,000 The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
