We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Flower Mound, Texas. This is a contract-to-continuing opportunity with a reputable organization, offering growth potential and stability. The ideal candidate will excel in managing billing processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining seamless communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities :

• Issue and process accurate invoices in accordance with client and company standards.
• Review contracts to clarify billing requirements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Analyze billing data provided by analysts and make necessary adjustments prior to invoicing.
• Update and maintain billing databases daily using tools such as Microsoft Access and Excel.
• Create and distribute detailed invoicing reports for internal teams and external clients.
• Follow up with clients regarding overdue payments to ensure timely collections.
• Collaborate with operations teams to synchronize billing with project accruals.
• Assist in forecasting and conducting analysis on project billing.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the accounts receivable function.
