Team Lead - D.C. City Center

Louis Vuitton Washington D.C. is seeking a motivated & client-centric Team Lead to join our team!

Role Overview

As a Team Lead, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, assisting the Store Manager and Team Managers in mentoring and developing the team, building client relationships, proactively championing sales goals, and ensuring the highest level of client experience.

Profile

In this role, you will co-create strategies with the Store Manager and Team Managers. You should be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships and deliver all client interactions in line with the Louis Vuitton promise, fostering loyalty and enhancing our position within the luxury market. With a focused and entrepreneurial attitude, you will identify desired products for clients based on their profiles and market trends to drive business results. Key responsibilities include :
