About this Position Join our team to develop test cases, scenarios, and plans using both manual and automated approaches. Use DevSecOps practices to speed up software development cycles while ensuring technologies perform according to specifications and maintaining high quality standards. You will grow your skills in test automation, collaborate with development teams, and contribute to the quality assurance process.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop test cases, scenarios, and plans for manual and automated testing

Learn and apply SDLC processes, Enterprise Architecture guidelines, and testing methodologies

Explore and use testing frameworks and tools for planning, estimating, and completing automated tests

Identify, analyze, and document defects, working across teams for resolution

Create reports and documentation for testing activities, results, and quality metrics

Learn new technologies related to testing capabilities and product requirements

Collaborate with project teams to develop and test quality products

Create technical documentation

Help with user acceptance testing, technical setup, and data set development

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field (Computer Science preferred) or equivalent education, training, or experience

0 or more years of experience is required in software testing or development for an Associate Test Engineer; at least 2 years of experience is required in software testing or development for a Test Engineer or equivalent education, training, or experience

Programming skills and familiarity with one or more programming languages

Willingness to embrace and learn new technologies

Problem-solving skills

The base pay range is based on the market evaluation of the job and may include pay for multiple levels. Individual base pay within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, performance, education, and demonstration of skills and competencies required for each role.Your recruiter can discuss the full value of our total compensation package with you, including our generous bonus plans and flex-hybrid work model.

Base Pay Range : $36.12 - $112,283.85 Per Year Flex-Hybrid Work Environment :

Texas Mutual's flex-hybrid schedule allows you to bring your best self to work by working remotely and collaborating in the office based on business needs. All Texas Mutual employees are required to have Texas residency and travel to their designated office as needed.
