🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clerical liaison for all patient interactions
• Contact patients regarding lab / test results and care plan updates per RN / MD direction
• Schedule lab draws, office visits, and urgent studies / tests as requested
• Manage incoming calls and in-office triage with professionalism and empathy
• Handle completion and processing of patient-requested forms (e.g., DOT physicals, FMLA, disability, cardiac clearance)
• Maintain and review patient records, charts, and documentation
• Assist with non-urgent message handling and follow-up
• Forward results to primary care physicians and other authorized parties
• Prepare and send outpatient testing orders to appropriate facilities

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westminster, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
