About the team
Stripe has a growing focus on enhancing the rate of revenue realization from customer deployments. Our Realization Operations team ensures strategic oversight and seamless management of realizing revenue across Stripe’s Go-To-Market (GTM) organization.
Within the GTM Strategy & Operations organization, the Realization Strategy & Operations team is focused on advancing transformational changes in tools, processes, and policies to enhance Revenue Realization.
The role involves engaging closely with numerous cross-functional stakeholders like regional sales operations, sales managers, operations teams, product teams and consulting & support.
Realization Operations is focused across three pillars :
- strategy and planning,
- operations and
- analytics and insights.
Our team is focused on driving business changes across tooling, processes and policies. We facilitate incremental Stripe productivity improvements to help deliver solutions and drive Stripe Revenue.
We are a global team with resources in Europe, Asia Pacific and Americas. Our team has a mix of business partners working directly with Pre and Post-sales teams at a Strategic consulting level, as well as hands-on technical resources administering the tools, driving data & analytics and executing on operational activities.
We work with common place tools such as Salesforce.com as well as our own bespoke internally developed solutions.
What you’ll do
Our near term focus is on building business foundations, which necessarily entails a focus on operational projects (process design, business cadences, systems work).
The Business Analyst role will focus on driving process and tooling improvements, data analysis and insight creation as well as creation of senior leadership presentations revolving around Realization data, metrics and insights.
It will include creation of dashboards / slides to be included in the weekly business review (WBR), identifying and completing actions from the output of the WBR, and acting as an subject matter expert for questions / enablement related to Realization in their respective geographies.
Responsibilities
- Build reports and dashboards using SQL, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Tableau and other internally developed systems for key reporting needs
- Own the slide creation process for weekly business reviews
- Working cross-functionally to investigate and conduct analysis on system issues
- Create and manage JIRA Tickets for System enhancements
- System and operational workflow management Analysis and Investigation.
- Improve business processes through data driven decisions.
- Provide User and Project Administration
Who you are
We are looking for an executor, someone who can be trusted to work independently and deliver the outcomes expected. Someone with exceptional communication skills and a depth of analytical capability that can truly develop and deliver key business insights through data.
Someone who has worked closely with tools such as Salesforce.com, Kantata (fka Mavenlink), ServiceNow, JIRA and can consult with business leaders on the best way to maximize ROI of the tooling and minimize administrative burden on the team.

Minimum requirements
- 3+ years of Data Analyst experience
- Data Analytics experience required
- Google Sheets / Excel & SQL are a MUST
- Sales Operations and / or Delivery Operations Experience
- Working on ticket management in JIRA
- Operational SLA reporting
- Business requirement and user story documentation
- Communicate clearly, proactively, and concisely
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Tableau Experience
- Experience as a User and Report developer in Salesforce.com
- Salesforce.com experience with Sales data including Customer Accounts, Opportunities and Lead management
