The Job :
As an Outbound Warranty Sales Agent, you will :
- Reach out to new customers and pitch extended appliance warranty sales to them.
- Contact existing customers whose extended appliance warranty is about to expire.
- Use probing questions to understand the customer's needs and listen for sales cues.
- Address any objections that the customer may have by explaining how the services and products will benefit them.
- Keep track of all sales activities in the company CRM system and ensure that the prospect information is kept up-to-date.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
You are a great fit if you have :
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales
- A minimum of 6 months experience with outbound sales
- Experience in call center environment
- Experience with handling objections
- A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using a wide range of software applications and programs.
- Currently residing in and legally able to work in the United States
- Have open availability to work scheduled shifts between 8 : 00 am to 8 : 00 pm EST, Monday to Friday and 9 : 00 am - 6 : 30 pm on Saturdays.
This position requires using one's personal computer with our Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) platform. Successful applicants will need their own personal Windows 10 / 11 device .
The device will need to connect directly to your modem with an ethernet cord for a secure connection. It should have a minimum I3 processor and a minimum of 8 GB RAM.
You will need to provide your own USB headset and Webcam (Webcam required for training)
