Senior Sales Director
Digital Room is seeking an experienced Director of Sales. The Director of Sales is a member of our Sales Leadership Team and reports to our VP of Sales.
The Director of Sales will provide direction, supervision, and support to a team of Sales Executives working with some of our most active and valuable customers.
This is an onsite position and prospects to be considered can be in any of our following areas near our facilities : Arlington, TX, Salt Lake City, UT, or Van Nuys, CA
In this role, your primary focus will be to implement programs and processes that drive sales growth from within our existing base of customers who are all small to medium-sized businesses.
You may be a perfect fit if you are comfortable operating as a Player / Coach that is, someone who can earn the confidence of their team by demonstrating effective sales techniques while helping each member to identify and realize their own potential.
To be successful in this role, you must be a strong leader with experience managing remote teams. You’ll have a leg up on the competition if you also have sales experience in the printing and / or e-commerce industries.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of consultative sales executives
- Coach team to drive growth through assigned customer base by qualifying new leads, identifying decision makers, determining customer needs, explaining product / service variations, overcoming customer objections, and closing sales
- Ensure successful CRM adoption by driving regular pipeline discussions and providing associated reporting for team productivity, forecasting, and revenue
- Drive team to achieve and exceed weekly / monthly KPI and performance metrics (calls, meaningful connections, opportunities created, deals closed, etc.)
- Identify gaps in training and resources, make recommendations for improvements in process, systems, and training
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Digital Room's products and services
- Act as a point of escalation for your team and with appropriate peer organizations for effective and prompt trouble resolution
- Conduct regular performance reviews with your team

Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience managing a sales team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing remote teams
- Experience working with faster sales cycles and can display a sense of urgency both internally and externally
- Familiarity with CRM software (Hubspot)
Pay Range : $80,000 to $90,000 per year plus bonus. Actual compensation within the range will depend on a variety of factors including the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
