Product Sales Lead
Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the Product Sales Lead will be responsible for driving expansion of business and IT products through strategic leadership of product-focused sales initiatives. This role bridges product strategy and sales execution ensuring alignment between go-to-market plans, customer needs, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for key products and solutions, ensuring alignment with agency goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of product-focused professionals.
- Identify and prioritize product verticals for IT and Business catalog.
- Create marketing materials to develop demand generation campaigns and enable product sales delivery.
- Partner closely with Product Management teams to shape offerings, pricing, and positioning based on customer feedback and competitive insights.
- Translate product features into compelling business value propositions for customers and prospects.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to inform product roadmap and feature prioritization.
- Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team that drives collaboration between Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop accurate forecasting models and maintain strong pipeline discipline for all products in the IT and Business catalog.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field and 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with at least 5 years in product-focused or solution-oriented sales.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SaaS, Cloud, enterprise software, or emerging technology industries.Background working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams.Proficiency with CRM and analytics platforms.Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, pricing models, and product lifecycle management.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.Experience in building product strategies, hands-on knowledge in building product roadmaps, capable of managing teams, influencing product direction, and scaling sales programs for measurable impact.Additional Comments
