Responsible for dental insurance claim collections, follow-up and appeals activities. Requirements 1 year in Dental field or Health Care In Office Role ONLY M-F (8-5) Summary
- Responsible for timely processing of payments on behalf of our insurance carriers.
- Internal departmental training for the role will be provided along with continued support from management and tenured peers Responsibilities
- Successfully post a minimum of $100,000 in total payments daily
- Use all tools and resources available to maintain minimal errors
- Required OT and occasional Saturdays
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Research and respond to internal departmental requests
- Previous data entry experience or accounting experience required Skills
- Teamwork Work to develop friendly and supporting team atmosphere
- Adaptability Adapts to change in direction to support changing priorities
- Communication Expresses ideas clearly and concisely
