Key Responsibilities
Accountable for team performance, revenue forecasting, and prioritization of tasks
Collaborate with Strategic Sales leadership and key customer-facing teams on execution and strategy
Oversee staffing, onboarding, and development of the team
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience managing account management, inside sales, or customer success teams for large Enterprise customers
Experience with strategic sales planning and coaching
Proven ability in change management and implementing effective strategies
Experience in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing team members
Familiarity with CRM, forecast management, and analytics tools
