AlphaGraphics Commercial Printing Services is looking for dynamic Print Production Manager to lead our production team! The Production Manager manages all print production, project management and purchasing activities.
This position is responsible for managing multiple departments including commercial offset printing, digital printing, wide format-printing and direct mail.
In this role, the Production Manager is a member of the management team and serves in a position of authority ensuring the production team operates according to system standards and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
This position is also responsible for providing a safe, clean and organized environment for employees, customers, visitors, etc.
The Production Manager routinely works with a high-level of self-initiative, authority, and responsibility in addressing situations involving all aspects of production, including but not limited to departures from standard policies, interpretations, or procedures ensuring that these are resolved using independent judgment within the functions and processes for which the employee is accountable and responsible.

Minimum Education and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience;
- Minimum of seven (7) years management experience in a print production environment;
- Minimum of five (5) years managing a team greater than 25 employees;
- Minimum of seven (7) years experience, in a printing environment, including digital, off-set and large format.
