Office Coordinator

In the Office Coordinator role, you will contribute to the company's commitment to serve other by ensuring an efficient process and creating a positive new hire experience.
Wage : $22 Hourly
Schedule : Monday thru Friday 8 : 00 - 4 : 30
Responsibilities :
- Communicate required next steps with candidates after an offer is accepted.
- Assist new hires in completing pre-employment requirements respective to operating group, state and funding regulations.
- Utilize the applicant tracking systems to ensure new hires are completing their tasks in a timely manner.
- Follow up with candidates and answer any questions.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure a quality candidate experience and onboarding process.
- Coordinate with trainers for orientation.
- Proactively seek to maintain candidate engagement throughout the process.
- Provide backup support for administrative staff.
Qualifications :
Highschool diploma or equivalentMinimally 1 year of related administrative support experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and meet deadlinesEffective communication skills with ability to quickly build rapport with othersExperience with applicant tracking software preferredA reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approachA commitment to quality in everything you doWhy Join Us?
