We\'re looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong end-to-end product experience, ideally in fast-paced startup environments. This person should be excited by the opportunity to work across both 0→1 and iterative optimization projects—especially those that support human-AI collaboration, productivity tooling, and complex workflows.

Base pay and compensation

Base pay range — $120,000.00 / yr - $220,000.00 / yr

Additional compensation types — Stock options

Responsibilities and role context

Note : This description focuses on the product leadership role and the context of Athena\'s product team within human-AI collaboration and productivity tooling. The ideal candidate will contribute to end-to-end product development in a marketplace-like environment with multiple user types (e.g., clients / customers vs. internal operations / EAs) and will own roadmaps that scale to large user bases.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of product management experience in Consumer-facing SaaS, Productivity Tools, Marketplaces, or similar platforms
• Experience building operational workflow–heavy systems (onboarding, billing, operations tooling, or CRM / admin platforms)
• Comfort managing products with multiple user types in a marketplace context
• Track record of taking zero-to-one products from concept to launch and scaling products for large user bases
• Startup mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, quick to make decisions, and thoughtful about tradeoffs
• Systems thinker capable of creating elegant solutions across complex workflows
• Strong product discovery and strategy skills : gathering insights, defining problems, and translating them into actionable roadmaps
• Prioritization and execution across competing needs with a customer-first mindset
• Cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, operations, and stakeholders
• Analytical and data-driven with the ability to measure success and adjust strategy quickly
• Clear communicator who can articulate vision, rationale, and outcomes to diverse audiences
• Highly curious, proactive, and energized by fast feedback loops and iteration
