The role you'll contribute : The Business Development Manager manages the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and strategies for business development initiatives.

The value you'll bring to the team :

• Collaborates with appropriate departments to develop effective marketing / business development plans. Markets opportunity to potential candidates.
• Develops annual marketing / business development plan and budget.
• Projects budgetary needs and monitors expenditures. Leads the collection, analysis, documentation and coordination of business development project.
• Trains, coaches, and evaluates associates on performance expectations.
