- Leading federal income tax planning initiatives and recommending strategies to minimize income tax liabilities
- Driving strategies to minimize income tax liabilities, support significant corporate transactions, and ensure tax compliance within the company
- Providing tax advice on the federal income tax aspects of acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, and other business and tax initiatives
