Immediate Hiring Need For A Carpenter

Our company is seeking a talented and experienced Carpenter to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in our operations, contributing your expertise and craftsmanship to a variety of projects. You will report directly to the Plant Manager and will have the opportunity to learn and take on responsibilities across all areas of our shop.

In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard, using hand tools and power tools. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential to your success in this position.

Responsibilities :

• Cut wood to length on saw
• Assemble skids and crates
• Move raw materials and finished product with hand trucks or forklift
• Stage raw materials for assembly
• Package finished goods for shipment
• Stock completed items in the appropriate place
• Clean up work area
• Forklift operation (once certified)
• Assist other work areas as required to complete production requirements
