Regional Director of Sales and Marketing – Senior Living
We are looking for an experienced Director of Sales and Marketing with person-centered sales training to lead our regional teams in Iowa and Minnesota, driving occupancy targets and delivering person-centered sales training across Cassia.

Position Overview
Full‑time, benefits eligible. Base location Edina, MN. Must travel at least 60% of the time; company car provided. Annual salary $105,000 – $120,000.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and coach Sales Directors to achieve occupancy goals using Team Sell and prospect‑centered sales.
- Analyze and interpret sales and marketing data with Sales Directors to develop strategies within the approved budget and drive ROI.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to Housing Directors to foster collaboration.
- Collaborate with operations, clinical, and financial teams to achieve occupancy targets.
- Maintain relationships with development partners, investors, and company employees.
- Recruit, interview, and hire top sales talent.
- Guide the sales team through evolving healthcare landscape.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic marketing plans (social media, referrals, community outreach, internal marketing, advertising, events, reputation management).
- Coordinate development of marketing materials with Cassia’s creative team.
- Create clear and persuasive communication messages and tactics based on Cassia’s brand and community brand.
- Use CRM to assess prospect readiness and advance sales.
- Partner with Content Marketing Manager to develop public relations strategies and media relationships.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, health care management, or related field.5+ years of successful sales and / or sales management experience; senior living experience required.3+ years in sales leadership.Experience leading sales teams across multiple markets and / or territories preferred.Readiness to travel at least 60% of the time.Benefits
