People Operations Manager

As People Operations Manager , you'll play a critical leadership role across our People & Culture function. This position will serve as a strategic business partner to a business unit(s), enabling teams to thrive while driving forward our people-first culture and ensuring compliance with federal contracting regulations. You'll have the ability to leverage AI to shape employee experiences, drive talent initiatives, and strengthen organizational culture. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in employee relations, people operations, compensation, and learning and professional development, along with experience influencing senior stakeholders and scaling people operations for a complex workforce.

What You'll Do :

People Business Partner Support

• Act as a strategic advisor and business partner to assigned business unit(s), including operations, delivery, and technical teams.
• Provide consultative support to leaders on workforce planning, performance management, organizational design, and engagement.
• Ability to leverage AI to shape employee experiences, drive talent initiatives, and strengthen organizational culture
• Translate business needs into solutions that align with both team goals and MetroStar's people strategy.
• Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and high performance across supported units.

What You'll Need To Succeed :

SALARY RANGE : $92,000 - $135,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including :
