Job Description & Requirements Specialty : ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline : RN Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION The Intensive Care Unit provides direct care or influences care for acutely / critically ill patients who are at high risk for actual or potential life-threatening health problems. The ICU provides care through advanced knowledge and experience in a setting that provides intensive monitoring, assessments, and interventions. EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission. Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS required. GSR ICU-CCU : -ACLS, PALS and TNCC preferred. -Previous ICU experience preferred. -Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required due to the College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements for moderate complexity testing.
