Ignition is a software platform developed by Inductive Automation for creating supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), human machine interface (HMI) applications and industrial automation solutions.

Day to Day : Must Haves :

Strong coding, testing, documentation, report writing and SSRS skills

Experience in Python Programming Language

Java Programming Experience

Web development

Cascading style sheets - all rules

Knowledge of UI / UX Design principles and best practices

Experience in SQL Database development and usage

Experience reporting SQL Server Reporting Services

Experience with consuming and creating Application Programming Interfaces (API's)

Experience design / programming of Human Machine Interfaces (HMI)

Familiarity with Git and Github

Experience interfacing or developing data visualizations
