We are seeking a dedicated Workers' Compensation Legal Assistant to join our dynamic legal practice in Irvine, CA, specializing in advocating for injured workers across California. This position plays a pivotal role in managing and executing legal support operations to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction. Salary : $22.00 - $28.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist attorneys in preparing, organizing, and maintaining legal documents, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
• Meticulously manage and update case files to comply with ongoing legal requirements and deadlines.
• Act as a point of contact among clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to secure necessary documentation.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, hearings, and depositions, communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
• Draft and prepare legal correspondence, pleadings, and other essential documents under attorney supervision.
• Ensure timely filing of legal documents with courts and administrative bodies.
