The Director of Ticket Sales & Operations at University of North Carolina Ashville (UNC-A) will oversee day-to-day box office operations and serve as a critical driver of ticket revenue through outbound sales strategies. Reporting to the Taymar Sales U. Senior Vice President and in close collaboration with UNC-A Athletics leadership, this role is responsible for all aspects of ticket operations, financial reporting, inventory management, and customer service. In addition, the Director will play an active role in selling season tickets, group packages, and premium inventory across UNC-A's portfolio of ticketed sports.

Ticket Sales Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of ticket sales strategy and execution for all ticketed athletic events.
• Implement and exceed all team ticket sales revenue goals.
• Exceed all personal revenue goals and personal sales activity metrics of outbound weekly calls.
• Develop comprehensive sales campaign in the areas of new season tickets, group sales and retention.
• Meet and work collaboratively with senior administration within the athletics department.
• Oversee and deploy digital marketing strategies to increase sales and lead generation.
• Work with Athletics Department senior staff to determine ticket pricing, benefits, and programming.
• Work in the assigned, on campus location.
