If your goal is to own your own agency one day, we will assist you in starting your own agency. However, we also value long-term team members who wish to grow and develop within our organization.
This is a hybrid position, offering a mix of in-office and remote work. Due to the size of our office, we will be implementing a rotating schedule where team members will work a few days in the office and a few days at home.
The exact split between in-office and remote work may vary based on individual preferences and the needs of the team. We are open to discussing and balancing the arrangement to meet everyone's needs.
However, for the first 6 months, the position will be entirely in-office to ensure a smooth onboarding process, thorough training, and immersion in our company culture.
In your position with McGarr Insurance, your responsibilities will include the following :
Taking inbound calls from new business clients, quoting, and binding personal lines policies (primarily home and auto).
Meeting monthly premium-written quotas.
Improving yourself through our OKR goal setting system.
Cross-selling, account rounding, and looking for opportunities to maximize sales.
Maintain, deepen, and build relationships with our clients and agency partners.
This is a sales position, which means your job is completely focused on selling to prospective clients. One or more years of personal lines property and casualty insurance sales experience is a mandatory requirement for this role, which we are looking to fill as soon as possible.
