JobOverview :
We are currentlyseeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team asan Assistant Warehouse Operation Manager.
In this role you will beresponsible for assisting the Warehouse Operation Manager inoverseeing the daytoday operations of our warehouse ensuringefficient and timely processing of orders and maintaining a safeand organized workenvironment.
KeyResponsibilities :
Assist theWarehouse Operation Manager in planning and organizing warehouseactivities including receiving storing and shipping ofgoods.
Monitor and track inventory levels to ensureaccuracy and timely replenishment.
Collaborate with otherdepartments to ensure smooth flow of goods and timely delivery tocustomers.
Train and supervise warehouse staff on properhandling and storage of products.
Maintain a clean andorganized warehouse adhering to safety and hygienestandards.
Conduct regular stock checks and report anydiscrepancies to the Warehouse Operation Manager.
Assistin preparing and implementing warehouse policies andprocedures.
Oversee the loading and unloading of goodsensuring correct handling and documentation.
Utilizewarehouse management software to track inventory and generatereports.
Identify areas for process improvement andimplement solutions to increase efficiency andproductivity.
Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or a relatedfield.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar rolepreferably in a distribution or logistics company.
Strongknowledge of warehouse operations and inventorymanagement.
Proficient in using warehouse managementsoftware.
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
Strong leadership and team managementabilities.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment.
Attention to detail and ability tomultitask.
Must be able to lift and move heavyobjects.
