About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our operations team. This role is essential to maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely and correct order fulfillment, and contributing to a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately record inventory data using manual logs or electronic devices.
• Identify and document discrepancies between physical stock and inventory records.
• Receive, count, and verify incoming shipments.
• Label stock items with appropriate identification tags or stamps.
• Pack and unpack items for storage or distribution.
• Process shipping requests and prepare items for dispatch.
• Distribute materials to designated areas, shelves, or production teams.
• Report any malfunctioning or damaged equipment to the supervisor.
• Maintain organized records of contracts, purchase orders, and requisitions.
• Ensure the stockroom remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Conduct routine inventory checks of materials, supplies, and merchandise.

Monday to Friday

7 : 30 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 / hr.
