Technical / Functional Skills:
1.Strong understanding of PeopleSoft HCMFunctionality
2.Understanding of all configuration for HCM.
3.Knowledge of People Tools is a must.
4.Desire to learn and develop skills.
5.Good breadth of knowledge across the wholeapplication.
6.Ability to map business process to a systemsolution, identifying gaps and solutions.
7.Able to specify and playback requirementsclearly.
8.Wider experience of payroll processes from abusiness context.
9. Experience in North AmericaPayroll
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Provide support to live implementations/upgrades.
2.Conduct workshops and advise the client onthe best practices for adoption of the solution.
3.Configure the system to match the businessrequirements and system design.
4.Create workbooks and documentation to supportthe system design.
5.Provide guidance to the client on bestpractices for the successful delivery of the chosen solution.
6.Build trusted relationships with the clientand manage expectations on delivery within scope.
7.Transfer product knowledge to the client viaknowledge transfer sessions.
8.Further develop our offerings andmethodologies.
9.Provide training and coaching.
