Accounts Receivable - Collections Associate

Location : Upper Marlboro

Department : Accounting

Position Type : Full-Time (On-site only)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Accounting Department as an Accounts Receivable Clerk / Collections Associate . This key position plays an essential role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of client billings, payment posting, and managing account collections. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills, along with a solid background in accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Collections

• Assist with daily, weekly and monthly client billing cycles
• Support the preparation and processing of billing reviews and invoices
• Deliver invoices via email, client portals, or snail mail
• Actively participate in the collection process for overdue accounts
