1) position - Sun-Wed + Fri FT / PM Shift 2 : 45PM - 10 : 30PM

1) position - Sun-Wed + Fri FT / PM Shift 2 : 45PM - 10 : 30PM

1) position - Tues-Sat FT / PM Shift 2 : 45PM - 10 : 30PM

1) position - Sun + Wed-Sat FT / NOC (Shift) 10 : 45PM-6 : 30AM

Set schedules with weekend flexibility

Wage $19.50 - $23 / hr based on experience

Must have a growth mindset, willingness to learn, and work with a team of amazing people who's main goal is to serve the community.

Candidates with experience in working with special needs, assisted living, and memory care are encouraged to apply. Flexibility to work weekends is a plus.

Your Typical Daily Responsibilities

• Provide personal assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community
• Encourage socialization and inspire participation in community activities while ensuring resident safety and well-being
• Provide hands-on support and assistance with mobility and incontinence care as needed
• Contribute to developing service plans and document care and services as provided daily
• Ensure care, safety and cleanliness standards are met according to regulatory compliance

Skills Required for Success

• Being flexible and adaptable to different schedules, tasks and changing resident care needs
• Proficient in verbal and written English with strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to observe, identify and promptly report changes in condition to the appropriate personnel
• Ability to follow detailed instruction while working as part of a team to achieve a collective goal

Our Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in verbal and written English
• Interest in working with an aging population requiring physical assistance
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Ability to work the defined schedule for this position which may include weekends and holidays
