As part of this team, you'll bridge product, tech, and business stakeholdersensuring our supplier programs deliver meaningful outcomes for suppliers, merchants, and Walmart associates across global markets.

What you'll do :

• Lead strategy, design, testing, and launch of supplier capability initiatives (e.g., assessments, intake, readiness)
• Drive execution of key deliverables, ensuring stakeholder commitments are met with quality
• Manage roadmaps and intake processes with strong program management discipline
• Present updates, recommendations, and escalations with executive presence
• Advocate for suppliers, merchants, and end users, ensuring initiatives deliver real value

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum qualifications :

Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related area and 3 years' experience in supplier development, supplier management, sourcing, or related area. Option 2 : 5 years' experience in supplier development, supplier management, sourcing, or related area.

Preferred qualifications :

Prior work experience in a product sourcing, supply chain, or merchandising organization. Prior work experience in educational content development and / or instructional design.
