Job Description
Lead and manage daily operations within a Tier 1 food manufacturing plant, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Drive commercialization efforts and oversee supply chain and warehouse operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FDA regulations, and OSHA standards to uphold safety and quality requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and improve operational processes.
Monitor and maintain quality assurance standards to meet customer expectations and regulatory demands.
Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize operational performance and achieve organizational goals.
Oversee budget management and resource allocation for the engineering and manufacturing department.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

The Successful Applicant
Extensive experience in food manufacturing, particularly in Tier 1 plant settings.
Strong knowledge of commercialization, supply chain, and warehouse operations.
Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, FDA compliance, OSHA standards, and quality assurance practices.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and execute strategic operational plans.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities within engineering and manufacturing contexts.
Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
