Bankruptcy Unit Manager

A company is looking for a Work from Home Bankruptcy Unit Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of up to 10 associates to achieve business goals within the Bankruptcy and Vendor support team

Provide feedback and coaching to enhance customer experience and maintain quality metrics

Prepare and deliver monthly performance reviews and manage business level metrics

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification

At least 3 years of financial services experience

At least 1 year of people leadership experience

At least 2 years of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
