Tatco Construction is currently seeking candidates for the position of Project Manager. As the Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to completion, turning them into real tangible structures that enhance the look and feel of communities for years to come.

This level of impact and responsibility requires collaborating and communicating with clients, superintendents, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide timely updates and ensure a product that exceeds the expectations of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have the professional experience and personal initiative to drive our projects forward with the level of excellence that has made Tatco Construction what it is today.

You will need to be :

• Energized working in a fast paced environment that requires exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with a diverse team of professionals and tradespeople, focusing on collaboration to achieve the desired outcome of projects.
• Driven to demonstrate the level of excellence Tatco Construction is known for within our industry.

What you will do :

• Manage a Profit Center focused on planning, initiating, an executing multiple construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop project plans and schedules, including defining project scope, goals, and objectives.
• Create detailed construction budgets and cost estimates that include resource requirements, labor costs, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained while complying with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project.
• Maintain clear and regular communication with project stakeholders, including clients, owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Execute decisions that keep projects moving forward while minimizing disruptions ensuring all project deliverables are completed to the client's satisfaction.

Salary Range : $90,000 - $100,000 w / Bonuses

Classification : This role is full-time / in-office and does require construction site visits.
