At ROXBOX, we’re reimagining modular construction with shipping containers and steel-framed builds. We get steady inbound interest and qualified opportunities every week—not just leads, but big, complex projects that need a confident closer who can educate, persuade, and seal the deal. What You’ll Do :

  • Hunt new opportunities and turn warm leads into real contracts
  • Command the sales conversation by uncovering pain points and showing clients why ROXBOX is the solution
  • Keep your pipeline sharp in HubSpot with clean tracking, fast follow-ups, and zero wasted motion
  • Drive proposals forward by partnering with design, engineering, and estimating to build winning bids
  • Negotiate with confidence and close deals that stick
  • Own client relationships to maximize repeat and referral business
  • Stay ahead of the market by tracking trends, competitors, and opportunities others miss
  • Educate with authority on modular construction timelines, budgets, and processes
  • Tighten the handoff so projects move from sales to production without friction

What Makes You a Strong Fit :

  • Proven closer with 3+ years of sales success (construction / modular experience preferred)
  • Fearless communicator with sharp presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven competitor who thrives on targets and loves to win
  • Confident in the field—whether that’s running sales calls, walking job sites, or presenting to execs
  • Disciplined operator with CRM hygiene (HubSpot a plus)
  • Construction-savvy—bonus points for GC, modular, or related background
  • Team player who leads by example and respects the grind as much as the win
  • Resilient and adaptable enough to thrive in complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Compensation & Details :

  • Base salary : $75,000 – $90,000 DOE
  • Uncapped commissions with realistic potential to exceed $120,000+ annually
  • Full-time role with benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO)
  • Monday–Friday schedule with occasional evenings / weekends as needed
  • Reports to Chief Executive Officer
  • On-site in Houston, TX
  • Role is national in scope but based in Houston, with travel for client meetings and trade shows
