Salesforce BA / Solutions Architect (Irvine)

An employer in the insurance industry is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst / Solutions Architect to join the team and sit fully remote. This person will work closely with IT and the business to gather requirements, document them, and provide solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. The role will ensure that the client's Salesforce solutions meet business needs and are implemented effectively. This person's day will have a 50 / 50 split between gathering, clarifying and documenting business requirements, and providing Salesforce solutions. Some solutions will be handed off to Salesforce Administrators and Developers for implementation, but this role will require hands-on solutioning as well it will involve continuous enhancements to the existing Salesforce system rather than just setting up new instances.

5-7 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, with a BA / Salesforce Admin background

Strong Salesforce administrative skills, with the ability to create complex flows and solutions (up to 100 components at a time)

Experience working in the insurance industry, preferably with a background in insurance brokers or carriers

Ability to communicate effectively with business users at a high level

Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to work well with others

Salesforce Certifications
