User Experience Researcher

A company is looking for a Researcher 3 to support design research and experience strategy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Define scope and frame research goals for studies aligned with business needs

Design, plan, and facilitate remote workshops, interviews, and international research efforts

Create discussion guides, personas, customer journey maps, and service blueprints

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, or related field

Minimum of 5+ years of User Experience Research experience

Experience with a variety of research methods including qualitative and quantitative techniques

Proven ability to design and facilitate remote workshops and international research projects
