With over 45 years of serving contractors, industrial firms, and automotive customers, the company is combining its strong reputation and loyal customer relationships with new systems, capital investment, and an ambitious strategy for regional expansion.

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Director of Operations to lead multi-site distribution, logistics, and warehouse operations. This individual will play a central role in optimizing the company's supply chain, implementing new ERP systems, and building scalable processes as the company continues to grow. This is an opportunity for a proven operations leader who thrives on improvement, efficiency, and team leadership — someone equally comfortable setting high-level strategy and jumping in on the floor to make things happen.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations across multiple warehouses and distribution centers
• Manage P&L performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Utilize ERP and warehouse management systems (NetSuite or Epicor) to improve visibility, reporting, and performance tracking
• Ensure smooth logistics, transportation planning, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Lead, mentor, and hold accountable operational and warehouse teams across multiple locations
• Serve as a "utility player" during transitions — reorganizing facilities, optimizing layouts, and supporting branch teams as needed
• Partner with ownership and executive leadership to scale infrastructure and prepare for future growth
