Senior CX Cloud Consultant

A company is looking for a CX Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC)

Deliver technical features and enhancements that align with business objectives and client needs

Monitor performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize service delivery and efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience

10+ years of hands-on development experience with Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC)

Proven track record of delivering end-to-end OSvC implementations, including three full project lifecycles

Experience with custom solutions using OSvC framework (.NET, JavaScript) and Widget Framework

Proficiency in integration technologies such as SOAP and REST APIs related to Oracle Service Cloud
