Job descriptionProvide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Security Officer Site Patrol
As a Security Officer Site Patrol in Madison, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries.
As a valued team member with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at this location, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a strong and visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, engage with people on site, and provide outstanding customer service through clear communication. Day Time Mon 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM
Tue 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM
Wed 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM
Thur 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM
Fri 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM
What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
