Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable enablement systems to enhance revenue productivity and sales effectiveness
Develop and manage onboarding and continuous learning programs for the GTM organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure alignment with customer journey stages
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or Sales Leadership roles in SaaS or tech
Proven track record of building effective enablement programs that enhance GTM performance
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, including MEDDPICC and Challenger
Fluency in AI and analytics tools relevant to sales enablement
Ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive adoption across global teams
