Graphic Design Intern

Responsibilities

• Follow and maintain brand guidelines
• Design and / or update layouts for Internal Communication
• Follow creative direction from others, Designers or Marketers, and turn concepts into reality.
• Resize and / or revise graphics under the guidance of a Designer
• Brainstorming with creative and marketing teams and develop content for B2B social media
• Create and manage compelling and consistent social media projects for LinkedIn and other B2B and B2C social / online visuals

Qualifications

• Love of Design
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software : Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects (Animation knowledge preferred but not required)
• Understanding of design principals and strong layout skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, yes... PowerPoint, you may learn to love PowerPoint
• Successful completion of Graphic Design coursework (B or better)
• Desire to learn and the ability to pivot as needed
• Self-starter with strong time-management skills, with attention to details
• Ability to manage ambiguity - crystal ball not required, mind reading a must!
• Most importantly : Be delighted by neon, inclined to use magenta, relish a good gify, delight in compiling a great inspiration / mood board
