System Analyst II

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications :

• 7 years' experience in administering Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops / Citrix DaaS and / or Azure Virtual Desktop.
• 7 years' experience in networking fundamentals : TCP / IP, subnets / VLANs, DNS, load balancing, plus hands on with ACLs and firewall rule management.
• 7 years' of proficiency with PowerShell and familiarity with infrastructure as code concepts.
• 7 years' experience with monitoring and troubleshooting across Citrix / AVD, Windows Server, and network layers.
• 7 years' experience in ability to write clear technical documentation and operate within TxDOT change and incident management processes.
• 7 years' experience in administering Windows Server in enterprise environments (AD, GPO, DNS / DHCP, file / print, patching / updates).
