Position : Office Manager
Location : Redmond, WA
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM (flexible)
Compensation : $85,000–$120,000 + medical, dental, vision, matching 401(k), 2 weeks PTO to start
Environment : Small office (approx. 7 in-office, 50–60 field staff), business casual dress
Start : ASAP | Interview : In-person | Training : 1 : 1 with experienced team member
Hire Type : Temp-to-Hire
Work Requirement : 100% onsite – candidates must be Washington State residents
Requirements :
3–5 years of Office Manager experience in a construction-related environment (commercial, subcontractor, or general contractor)
Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, including job costing, billing, and reconciliations
Strong knowledge of Washington State compliance, including B&O tax filings, L&I reporting, and subcontractor documentation
Experience managing payroll, billing, and accounts payable / receivable
Hands-on, problem-solving approach with ability to manage office operations and accounting functions
HR experience including onboarding, I-9 verification, and L&I claims management
Responsibilities :
Run payroll via QuickBooks (integrated with timekeeping system)
Manage billing, contracts, and AP / AR in QuickBooks
Oversee HR functions : onboarding, safety plans, employee files, and L&I claims
Support a variety of commercial projects (corporate, facilities, retail, multi-family, medical), both short-term and long-term
