As a Human Resource Analyst 2, you will provide supervisory direction, leadership, training, mentoring, motivation, development opportunities, and guidance as necessary to attract, develop, improve, and retain an effective staff complement to meet objectives and standards. Your responsibilities will also involve performing placement functions for positions in the central office and field offices as well as providing guidance and assistance to hiring managers regarding recruitment options, promotional procedures, examination requirements, and filling of vacancies.
Our team will rely on you to provide interpretations, assistance, advice, guidance, and direction to hiring managers on Merit System Employment Regulations, bargaining unit agreement requirements, Equal Employment Opportunity policies, and agency policies governing placement actions. Work also involves preparing job postings and reviewing applications in accordance with talent acquisition rules and collective bargaining agreements.
