Remote - Oracle HCM Technical Consultant (ORC, Core HR, Talent, OTL)

We are seeking an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with strong hands-on development experience across ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud), Core HR, Talent Management, and OTL (Oracle Time & Labor) . The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in building ORC integrations with third-party ATS, background check, onboarding, and HR systems , and supporting the full ATS Hire Core HR data flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ORC integrations using OIC, REST / SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL / HSDL , and other Oracle Cloud tools.
• Support the full Recruiting & Hiring lifecycle , including requisition creation, candidate flow, offer process, hiring, and Core HR data movement.
• Develop custom reports using OTBI and BI Publisher across ORC, Core HR, Talent, and OTL modules.
• Build and maintain Fast Formulas for eligibility rules, validations, approvals, and data transformation.
• Support data conversion / migration activities (candidates, requisitions, job templates, employee data, timecard data).
• Configure and troubleshoot ORC, Core HR, Talent, and OTL technical components, workflows, and approval rules.
• Assist end users, HR teams, and TA teams with issue resolution, testing (CRP / SIT / UAT), and production support.
• Integrate ORC with external systems such as background check vendors, job boards, onboarding systems, and HR / payroll apps .
• Provide technical guidance on improving ATS processes, hiring flows, Core HR employee lifecycle, and OTL processing.
