We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent HR Manager to join our rapidly growing construction company. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization, helping to shape our people practices and drive our business success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HR operations in a high-growth environment, preferably within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent HR Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes :

1. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

2. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

3. Managing the recruitment and selection process to ensure a competitive and diverse workforce.

4. Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

5. Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the company.

6. Nurturing a positive working environment by building and maintaining a company culture that fosters high performance and employee engagement.

7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

8. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

9. Implementing effective onboarding plans for new employees.

10. Leading project management activities related to HR initiatives.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. A master's degree will be a plus.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.

3. SHRM-CP or equivalent certification is required.

4. Proven experience as an HR Manager in a high-growth environment, preferably within the construction industry.

5. Demonstrated competence in various HR aspects, including talent management, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

6. Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.

7. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

8. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

9. Proven experience in managing a diverse workforce.

10. Outstanding project management and change management skills.

11. Experience with new employee onboarding and integration.

12. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
