Introduction :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, providing comprehensive administrative support to our sales staff and customers.

Job Responsibilities :
- Order processing : Accurately enter, confirm, and manage all sales orders and purchase orders via ERP system, with lot numbers and bin codes for tracking;
- Daily coordination with customers, production, warehouse, vendors, and logistics regarding timely fulfillment of orders;
daily inventory monitoring. EDI orders and advanced shipment notice submissions as well as shipment tracking, routing orders, and managing late ship reporting.
- Order Management : Daily coordination with sales and warehouse employees to accurately update order changes
- Order Routings : Communication with logistics teams to coordinate shipping product from our vendors
- Accounts Receivable Statement tracking and communication for Sales Team
- Reconciliation / disputes of credits and deductions
- Support Grain Procurement with shipping and sales forecasting
- Inventory Tracking of outsourced items, customer drop-ships
- Learning and understanding ERP system for daily tasks
- Assist with new item set up and maintain Master Item Spec Sheet
- Work with customer specific systems for data entry and sales reporting
- Coordinate Trade Shows with Sales Team
- Assist Sales Team with customer presentation and meeting preparation
- Purchase marketing materials, brochures, signs, etc.
- Customer samples and UPS shipments
- Provide weekly sales reports
- Competitive shop tracking
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements and Skills :
- 3-5 years of customer service or sales support experience
- Ability to work independently on daily tasks and works well with team members in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, attention to detail, creative and reliable
- Tech savvy and quick learner
- Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365 experience preferred
