What’s a typical day as a Customer Advocate? You’ll be :
- Researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
- Providing excellent customer service in a healthcare or health insurance environment
- Evaluating customer situations, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
- Utilizing your data entry and typing skills to enter information accurately
- Demonstrating interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
- Communicating clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
This job might be an outstanding fit if you :
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Have at least 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare or health insurance environment
- Have experience evaluating customer situations, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
- Possess data entry and / or typing experience
- Demonstrate interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
- Have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
